In most cases, they have also been asked to part with large sums of money by promising them job offers. These communications are purely made with a malafide intention to defraud the candidates.
We at New Era India Consultancy Private Limited do not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process from the jobseeker/candidate.
The company has not authorized any individual to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement with the candidates, towards our company or towards any individual in the recruitment process. Hence, New Era India will not be responsible to anyone acting on an employment offer not directly made by New Era India.

Every candidate must undergo a pre-screening interview before they can move on to the next phase of the hiring process, which involves more in-depth interviews. After the pre-screening interview, they’ll move on to the next level of interview wherein their skills will be put to the test even further.
It typically takes us a few days to source candidates, evaluate their skill sets, and then conduct the first round of interviews. Only the most qualified and suitable candidates will be contacted for a second interview. However, our recruitment experts are dedicated to filling your open positions as quickly and efficiently as possible in alignment with the given turnaround time.
