Requirements:

- Proven knowledge on screening and shortlisting candidates for Investment banking and Banking industry with skills related to regulatory, project management, risk & compliance roles.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating candidate needs.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results and provide and accept feedback.
- Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
